  Organization as a process is a continuous process through which work is allocated among employees and the and their establishment of coordination is established in order to achieve the goals of an organization it is concerned with identifying and grouping of activities to be performed in the particular job .
Organization as a creative ideology it gives a new thoughts on your ideas new styles with the combination of skilled and unskilled employees the main aim of the organization is to create something new by using team members of the team.
