Yoga is very powerful since we ever known there is nothing that we can't do through your peace of mind skin care weight loss and what not. Here are few yoga asanas to help you reduce weight. These are yoga asanas I really help for and powerful for weight loss. This kind of yoga is called power yoga which includes many cardio masculine activities
And many dynamic activities which not only helps you to lose weight but also helps you to tone up and grow beautifully. This helps to increase strength in the bones skin and also helps to burn calories. 


Following asanas should be consulted by a trainer before performed. As this is cardio muscular activities you will find yourself sweating a lot. 


WARM UP: 
 
✓ Do 15 -20 Surya namaskaras
This is just to make sure that your body gets used to yoga and you will not find difficultly in other exercise s. 

MAIN ASANAS: 
✓ Downward dog to halfline position
    Downward dog is nothing but a dog position where one streaches all his body using his hands and legs. Slowly log one of you leg swing it forward and backward which is half line position for 10-20 times . 
After one leg is done take 10 Sec break and shift to other leg . 

downward dog to Tiny dog .

    This is also starts with downward dog position. Then bend your knees together forward and backward to the actual dog position of knees. Repeat this for 10- 20 times. 

✓ 30 -40 utkatasana
     Utkatasana is nothing but low squatting. Or we can also call it as chair position. Take initial breaks while performing this exercise. Also inhale and exhale during this exercises 

✓ standing leg raise  
    This is a balancing position. Which goes from standing to bending and then lifting one of the leg up. This exercise helps to increase bone strength and burns thighs and belly fat. Repeat this for 10-20 times. And repeat it with other leg  


✓ abdominal churning 
  In this asana you should lay down and lift your legs up in 45° angle. And rotate it for 20 - 30 times . And repeat it in the opposite direction
