Covid is a great concern now a days. Almost every 8 in 10 people got effected. Few have high immunity and others have less immunity. High immunity helps us to cure fast from Covid. 

The tips to cure fast from Covid are as follows 

• Eat vitamin c containing food. Such as oranges. Drink orange juice every day.

 

• Drink milk and egg twice a day. 

• Sun light is really important. 

• Do not starin you body too much but minimum amount of exercise is also required. 

• Take steam trice a day. Add Vicks or axe oil in the water and take steam. Inhale and exhale really hard untill you start sweating .

• Gargle with salt water. Gargling helps in clearing the virus present in the throat.

• wash your hands frequently and avoid contact with others .

• Never stop eating. During Covid tested positive you will not feel like eating or drinking anything. Overcome that feeling and start eating.
