Namaz is a way of prayer to Muslims. This is just not the way to reach the god but it is also scientifically proven that it is very good exercise for the body. There are six position in namaz. They are takbir, qiyam, ruku, Sajdah, Tashahhud, salam perna
1. Takbir:
During Takbir elbows twisted, shoulder joint delicately stretches.
The shoulder bones and lower back are

2. Qiyam:

5. Tashahhud:
In Tashahhud position Muscles at the front of the lower leg and foot
extended, with toes broadened, knee and hip flexed. Lower back in great stance will assist with fortifying center muscles.
6. Salam pehrna(Looking to the right and left):
Turning the head to each side works on the scope of movement of the neck, extending
muscles with delicate rehashed developments.
