 "communication is the exchange of the facts , ideas ,opinions ,or the emotions by the two are more persons".

communication is the word derived from  the Latin word "Communis" which means commonness.

communication acts as a tool for the effective work related to the flow of information .

Its helps in sharing in the ideas simple clear and complete.

It helps in Deligation  of the work to the subordinates .

Principle of the communication.

Includes Simple language - the language used in the communication should be simple and understandable.

There should be no confusion during the communication where the communicator should be clear in his mind or the own way on the objectives of the communication so there should be no confusion in the communication .

There should be a medium to communicate with the other ,there are different media passing  of the communication based on the factors of the nature of the matter .

There should be an adequate information for the communication to full fill the all the aspects of the company.

we should avoid chaos and confusion in the organization there should be proper effective statement for all the workers in the organization no ambiguity .

There should not be any barriers for the communication in the company or the business concern .

follow up of the the action should be there because of the regular checks on the work leads to the recipient  of the message has understood it correctly on the work allocated to them leads to best results of the output.

there should be a proper training to the communicators on the communication skills which helps in the effective communication with the people.

communicator should be active in all the activities  of the lines and should follow all the set of rules of the company. There should be a increase in the motivation levels and the moral values of the employees .

The main components of the communication are  sender ,Encoding, Message or the Media , Decoding ,Receiver, Response, Feedback .
